Welcome to My Gym Growth

Featuring my path towards gym growth, simply try to read for the fun of it and perhaps start to realize that all you need is to enjoy life and have fun with the time you spend working on yourself and feeling better. 

 

Intro & Goals

One of the main reasons I began working out at the gym was that my mental health was deteriorating because of my weight. It caused me to constantly look at myself when wearing clothes and putting on new clothing was difficult because every time I looked in the mirror, I rethink buying it because of how bad it looks on me. It also affected some of my favorite activities, such as swimming or going to the beach, because I was afraid of people seeing my body. Also, I lost energy really quickly, which made it difficult for me to participate in sports. From all the situations and events that have occurred in my life, it has caused me to lose motivation in life since I have been rejected left and right.
