Reflecting on Change

I started off weighing in at about 80kg with mostly fat.

I am now at about 75kg with a good ratio of fat and muscle.

I have given myself a long term goal which caused my life to have more of a purpose and give me a sense of worth to be able to explore the world because I'm not afraid anymore and now have friends that will follow me into my future in improving my body and improving how I live in general. 

 

My mental first started out really bad and negative especially towards myself but by achieving my goal it has drastically changed. I feel more happy because of the amount of cardio I have been doing which has motivated me to have a better mindset going into things such as activities. I no longer talk negatively about myself and feel more confident about my body image as well as having larger energy bursts for making it through the day. I started complimenting myself and found it turned into a habit which also really helped myself out but after reaching my goal successfully I proudly compliment myself all the time to keep my spirits high.

 

I wasn't very happy with how I was before and I accept that, I just decided to look at it as my boost I needed to become the better me I knew I could be even if I thought it would take a long time.
